Join us for Fetch Education, training classes being held at CHS!

CHS is excited to be hosting two different 6-week dog training classes this summer! They will be courses for dogs 6 months of age and older.

What to Expect
Dog Class (6 months or older): You will learn how to work with your dog on basic manners such as waiting at doors, come & leashing up, loose-leash walking & attention, leave it, meet & greets, stay, settle, waiting for food bowl, and more. By the end of the course, your bond with your dog will have grown and they will have learned a new set of manners!

Sessions will be an hour long and meet each week on a specified day and time determined by the training class you are enrolled in. 

Training Courses, Dates & Times

Class 1
Class Times: Mondays, 6 PM
Dates: June 12th, 19th, 26th & July 3rd, 17th, 24th

Class 2
Class Times: Saturdays, 10 AM
Dates: June 10th, 17th, 24th & July 1st, 8th, 22nd

Class Requirements
Vaccines
Age-appropriate vaccines are required in order to attend training classes at CHS as your dog will come into contact with other dogs in the class. Vaccination records will need to be provided. They will be requested in our welcome email sent to you after you register. 

• REQUIRED Vaccines: At least two distemper combination shots WITH lepto & a rabies vaccine. 

Contract
You will be asked to sign a contract in order to attend training classes at CHS. A contract will be sent in our welcome email to you AFTER you register. Failure to sign this contract/waiver will result in termination from the training course you registered for.  

What to Bring to Class

• Flat collar
• 4-6 foot leash
• At least 100 pieces of your dog's kibble 
• Dog's bed or mat, no larger than approximately 4'x5'
• Optional but encouraged: a treat pouch 

Extra Things to Know Prior To Arrival 

• A welcome email will be sent to you with a contract and an informational packet after registration. Please give us 1-2 business days to send you your contract and informational packet.
• CHS reserves the right to decline services based on eligibility and behavior. In the event you are unable to attend one of our classes based on our discretion, you will be refunded the full amount.
• If you are unable to attend any of the classes you signed up for, a refund or partial refund will not be offered. Please be sure you are able to attend each individual training class during the 6-week period.
